I guide children, teens, and university students in Brussels (and online) to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and improve wellbeing through breathing, relaxation, and positive visualisation techniques.

My name is Valentina (Vale for short), and I help students of all ages manage stress, stay focused, and build confidence using tailored sophrology techniques.

Sophrology is a gentle body & mind practice that combines mindful breathing, movement, and positive visualisations to support emotional balance and concentration.

I am based in Brussels (Belgium), and I offer in-person as well as online individual sessions for children, teenagers, and university students in English, French, and Italian.

Why Sophrology?

Life as a student can be full of challenges—school stress, exam pressure, social and emotional ups and downs, or feelings of overwhelm. The gentle and mindful practice of sophrology helps students reconnect with their body and mind, creating space for calm, focus, and balance.

Through soft breathing, guided movements, and positive visualisations, sophrology can be especially helpful for students to:
